This tract follows the antique streets , used from the people of the Conca valley since Middle Ages.The hills are coverd with oaks, poplars, wheat fields, olive-trees and along the rivers we can see ferns and weeping willows. From the "piazza del popolo" we must follow the street sign "Montefiore" and after a short rise we reach to a cross-roads, where we go straight on to the direction of "Saludecio".
An little asphalt fall and a little side-road at km 2,30 brings us to the direction of "Santuario degli ucelli". At km 6,41 near San Teodoro beginns the first difficult rise (max.23%), where we reach to the village of the same name.

At km 9,35 we branch off to the right and go straight on until an old, leaved house. Here we branch off to the left and after that we continue straight on to the village "Montalbano" (Km 10,28).
